• Email Address: Provided by you to facilitate communication, account management, and reward withdrawals.

• Bitcoin Wallet Address: Provided by you to enable the transfer of Bitcoin rewards.

This collection is strictly limited to what is necessary (data minimization principle under GDPR Article 5). We do not collect names, phone numbers, precise location data, device identifiers, IP addresses for profiling, or any other unnecessary information. Bitcoin wallet addresses may qualify as personal data under GDPR if they can be linked to an identifiable individual (even pseudonymously); we treat them accordingly.

2. How We Use Your Information (Purposes and Lawful Basis)

We process your personal data only for the following purposes and on the following lawful bases (GDPR Article 6):

• To provide the core App service, including verifying eligibility for rewards, processing withdrawals, and sending Bitcoin to your wallet: Necessity for the performance of a contract (or steps prior to entering a contract) with you — the provision of reward-earning and withdrawal functionality constitutes our service to you.

• To communicate with you about your account, rewards, technical issues, or important App updates (via email): Necessity for the performance of a contract or our legitimate interests in maintaining user relationships and ensuring service functionality (balanced against your rights).

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting, anti-money laundering rules if triggered, or responding to valid legal requests): Legal obligation.

• We do not process your data for marketing, behavioral profiling, automated decision-making, or any incompatible purposes (purpose limitation principle).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:

• With service providers (e.g., email providers, blockchain transaction processors) strictly necessary for the above purposes, under data processing agreements ensuring GDPR-level protection.

• If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. International Transfers of Personal Data

Your data may be processed or stored outside the EEA (e.g., in the United States, where our servers or service providers may be located). We ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers in compliance with GDPR Chapter V (Articles 44–50), such as:

• Reliance on adequacy decisions (where applicable).

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

• Supplementary measures as needed to address risks.

However, no system is infallible, and blockchain transactions are public and irreversible once broadcast. We advise using a dedicated wallet for App rewards.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations (storage limitation principle). Typically, this means until you delete your account/request erasure, or after 12 months of inactivity. Transaction records may be retained longer for compliance (e.g., tax or AML purposes).

Note: Due to blockchain's immutability, we cannot erase on-chain transaction data, but we can stop associating your email/wallet with future processing and delete our off-chain records.

We do not charge for these rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 (or lower age under applicable law). We do not knowingly process children's data. If discovered, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy for compliance or operational reasons. Changes will be posted in the App with the new effective date. Significant changes (e.g., new purposes) may require renewed consent or notification.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BTC Miner (the "App"), operated by BTC Miner ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

The App allows users to watch advertisements and earn Bitcoin rewards. Rewards are accumulated and can be withdrawn to a provided Bitcoin wallet address upon reaching a minimum threshold (as specified in the App). We do not guarantee any specific reward amounts, ad availability, or Bitcoin value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use is void where prohibited by law.

3. Account Creation and Security

To withdraw rewards, you must provide a valid email address and Bitcoin wallet address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.

• Keeping your email and wallet secure.

• Not sharing your account details.

We are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access or errors in your provided wallet address.

4. Earning and Withdrawing Rewards

• Rewards are earned by watching ads in full, as determined by the App.

• Bitcoin rewards are subject to market volatility; we make no guarantees about their value.

• Withdrawals are processed to your provided wallet address. Fees (e.g., network fees) may apply and will be deducted.

• To withdraw rewards, you must verify your email address.

• We reserve the right to set minimum withdrawal amounts, limits, or verification requirements.

• Rewards may be forfeited if your account is inactive for 6 months or if you violate these Terms.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Double-check your wallet address before withdrawal.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to watch ads or earn rewards.

• Attempt to manipulate ad views or rewards.

• Engage in fraudulent activity, such as multiple accounts.

• Violate any laws, including those related to cryptocurrencies.

• Upload or transmit harmful content via any App features.

We may monitor activity to prevent abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party ad providers or blockchain networks. We are not responsible for their practices, availability, or any losses from Bitcoin transactions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, unpaid rewards may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access.

• Error-free operation.

• Specific reward earnings.

• Bitcoin value or transaction success.

Cryptocurrencies involve risks, including loss of value. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned by you in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App with the new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
